Mechanism of Damage in Glia Cell of Premature Infants

摘要 早产儿脑白质损伤是近年研究的热点,其中神经胶质的损伤占有重要地位。研究显示,早产儿脑血管发育及少突胶质前体的选择性易损与早产儿脑白质损伤有关,其机制包括兴奋性氨基酸受体介导与非受体介导。实验证实,谷氨酸受体拮抗剂可减轻脑白质损伤,而非受体机制是通过氧自由基引起神经胶质损伤。其他内源性神经递质如儿茶酚胺类可引起氧自由基、热休克蛋白、血红素氧合酶聚集,从而引起胶质损伤。另外,钙离子浓度失衡是细胞死亡的最后通路。近年研究还显示缺氧缺血、宫内感染及败血症都存在由细胞因子诱发的早产儿神经胶质损伤及细胞凋亡。
