摘要
根据聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产工艺路线,从原丝、预氧化、碳化工艺及结构上分析了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维焦油形成的原因。其主要原因为碳化前纤维缺陷结构的遗传、碳化中分子键的热断裂和分子链的无规热裂解。
The reasons for tar formation from polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber were analyzed from the structure and the production line, from as-spun fiber, pre-oxidation to carbonization. The primary factors included the heredity of defect structure before carbonization, thermal rupture of molecule bonds and random thermal degradation of chains during carbonization.
