摘要
Co基非晶和Fe基纳米微晶材料中观察到巨磁阻抗效应(GMI)熏预期在高灵敏传感器、磁记录头和电磁测量等方面有喜人的应用前景。为了对该效应的应用和开发作进一步研究,我们自行设计和制作了一套基于单片机的GMI检测系统。测试结果表明,该系统能满足各类材料测定巨磁阻抗的要求。
Giant Magnetic-Impedance (GMI) has been observed in Co-based amorphous and Fe-based nanocrystalline materials. It expects there will be a pleased application for ground in high-sensitive sensors, magnetic record heads and electromagnetic measurement. In order to research the mechanism of GMI effect and further develop applications, we design a GMI measurement system based on SCM. The experiment shows that the system is satisfied the demands of GMI detection for various materials.
