中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究的实践与若干思考

Practice and Thinking on Chronic and Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

针对目前中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究出现的若干问题,结合自己工作实践,提出痰(热)瘀互阻、气阴两虚为COPD主要病机;在证候规律与证候标准研究方面,应结合计算智能等方法试图方法学的创新,深入研究证候与生活质量关系将赋予证候新的内涵;建立体现中医药治疗优势特色临床评价体系;在实验研究方面,临床研究是基础,模型的选择与研究是关键,应从多靶点、多层次揭示药物作用机制。

According to the present resarch situation of chronic and obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and the author's practice, the paper states that stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis and deficiency of both qi and yin are the main pathogenesis of COPD. In the respect of research of syndrome principle and syndrome standard, the method of computing intelligence and other methods should be taken to innovate the methodolagy. The research of relationship between syndrome and quality of life will give new connotation to syndrome. The clinical evaluation system characterised by TCM therapeutic superiority should be established. In the respect of experimental research, clinical research is the basis and the choice and research of model is the kdy part. The action mechanism of drugs should be explored from different aspects and levels.
