装饰单板贴面胶合板与杉木复合制造地板技术

Parquet Manufactured with Chinese Fir and Decorative Veneered Plywood

为了降低实木复合地板生产的材料消耗和成本,直接采用装饰单板贴面胶合板与杉木组合制造实木复合地板。结果表明,按改进工艺制造的复合地板不仅具有国标所要求的物理力学性能,而且可降低材料成本30%左右。

The paper presents continuing research on manufacturing parquet with Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata). Previous three-layer parquet was made from precious hardwood veneer on the surface, ordinary hardwood veneer in the core and Chinese Fir lumber on the bottom layer. To decrease the wood consumption and production cost, the authors made a modification in the manufacturing technology by choosing plywood overlaid with precious veneer as the face layer to make parquets with Chinese Fir lumber. It was found that this new kind of parquet manufactured with the modified technology not only has the same excellent physical and mechanical properties as the former parquet, but also the production cost could be reduced by 30 percent.
