国际组织的主体地位在现代国际法模式下已经得到承认,诸多国际组织与非政府组织的有效磋商与合作也有着丰富的实践经验。WTO与非政府组织合作已成为必然趋势,应明确非政府组织在WTO中的咨商地位及相关权利,加强WTO与非政府组织之间的交流和磋商。

The international organizations' subject position has gotten confirmation under the modern pattern of international law, and many international organizations and non-governmental organizations have accumulated rich practice experience in their effective consultation and cooperation. The cooperation between the WTO and NGOs has become an inevitable tendency, thus it's necessary to make definite the consulting position of NGOs in the WTO and their related rights, and to reinforce the exchanges and consultation between the WTO and NGOs
