农业法的调整对象,就是特定的农事关系,而不是一切农事关系,更不是农事关系以外的其他社会关系。农事关系,是指在农事活动过程中以农业生产为基础逐层交融而形成的具有内在联系的人与人之间和人与自然之间关系的总和。农业法所调整的农事关系主要包括农事组织关系、农民权益保护关系、农业资源环境关系、农业科技教育关系和农村社会保障关系等。

The regulative objects of agricultural law refer to the specific farming relations rather than all farming relations and other social relations. So-called specific farming relations refer to the combination of relations among people with inner connection and relations between human beings and nature. These relations are gradually developed and blended in the process of farming on the basis of agricultural production. The specific relations regulated by agricultural law include the relations of agricultural organizations, of peasants' rights and interests protection, of agricultural resource environment, of education of agricultural science and technology, and of the rural social security, etc.
