Public Finance Policy: Balanced Development in China’s Regional Economy

近年来,我国区域经济发展不平衡、区域差距不断扩大的问题仍未得到有效的解决,影响国民经济的协调发展和人民整体福利的增进。市场选择和近年来实行的公共政策特别是财政政策的结果,使区域的非均衡发展具有一定的必然性。要解决区域经济发展中不平衡问题,迫切需要国家制定切实有效的公共财政政策促进区域经济的协调发展。

In recent years, the problems have not been solved effectively that Chinese region economy makes unbalanced development and the disparity in different regions is getting enlarged, and these have effected the coordination development of the nation economy and the promotion of the peoples’ welfare. The results of the market-selection, the public policies and especially the finance policy that have been carried out recently make it inevitable that the region economy has made unbalanced development. To solve those problems, it is urgent that the government should carry out the public finance policy in promoting the coordinate development of region economy.
