The dynamic thoughts of Deng Xiao-ping's opening-up policy to develop the economy are as follows: it is an opening world now,and China cannot develop itself very well without the help of world, thus locking doors against the world only leads to falling behind others; it is necessary to practise opening-up policy, to participate in the economic globalization, to absorb and borrow all the civilized achievements of human society and to develop the economic relationships with foreign countries in order to promote the socialist economical development.
