Thermodynamic modeling and simulation of ball- mill pulverizing system

通过机理分析法建立了球磨机中储式制粉系统的动态数学模型。该模型以多种数学平衡方程为依据结合经验教据,能在较大范围内模拟系统各变量间的复杂关系,真实反映系统的时变性和非线性。经测试,该模型运行结果基本上与现场运行相吻合。

Dynamic mathematical model of ball mill pulverizing system with storage bunker is obtained by mechanism analysis. The model is based on mathematical equations and experience data. It can simulate the time-variable, the nonlinear and the complicated relation among variables of system. The modeling is tested, and is proved to be consistent with the real process.
