摘要
对江西赣州黑芝中稀土元素的含量及形态分布进行了研究。采用水提和碱提醇沉的方法,得到灵芝粗多糖,再经过脱色、脱蛋白、透析,得到初步纯化多糖,采用微波消化-ICP-MS测定黑芝及黑芝多糖中痕量稀土元素的含量及形态分布,并以国家一级标准物质(GBW07603和07605)进行质量控制。结果表明:在江西黑芝及黑芝多糖中含有痕量稀土元素Ce、Nd、Pr、Y。
The paper presents the studies on Determination and Distribution of Trace Rare Earth Elements in Ganoderma Atrum.Coarse polysaccharides were achieved from the Ganoderma atrum by water extraction,alkaline extraction and alcohol precipitation,then after discolored and dialyzing were gained the primary polysaccharides.The contents and distributing of rare elements in the above polysaccharides were measured by ICP-MS.The measuring method was validated running the certificate reference tea under the same conditions.The results indicated that the rare elements such as Ce、Nd、Pr、Y were discovered in Ganoderma Atrum and the polysaccharides.
