丝素蛋白/柠檬酸/乙二醇膜的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 用丝素蛋白、柠檬酸和乙二醇制备了一种新型丝素蛋白膜(简称SFCE膜),研究了其力学性能、膜中丝素蛋白的聚集态及对水的pH值的影响。 A new kind of film (SFCE film), made from silk fibroin(SF), citric acid(CA) and ethylene glycol(EG), was prepared. The results of mechanical measurement suggests that the compounds or composites made from CA and EG can obviously improve the mechanical properties of SF films. 5∶1 or 6∶1, the mole ratio of EG and CA, was recommended because these two mole ratios can reduce the content of CA and EG in films to achieve satisfactory mechanical properties. α-form or β-sheet silk fibroin (Silk Ⅰor SilkⅡ, respectively) exists in SFCE films, which can be caused by microphase of composite or compound formed from CA and EG. According to the test results of SFCE_2, SFCE_5 and SFCE_8, SFCE films can notably lower pH value of distilled water.
