摘要
应用差示扫描量热法较深入地研究了固相缩聚工艺流程对PET熔融行为的影响。结果说明,低温干燥结晶、后结晶PET切片在高温预热处理过程中,发生固相缩聚使分子量提高的同时,结晶结构重整,熔点提高,结晶度增大。预热工艺过程使PET起始熔点提高,从而能有效防止切片在固相缩聚主反应器中的粘结。
The effect of solid-state polycondensation (SSP) process on the melting behavior of PET was studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetric (DSC) measurement. The dried and crystallized PET undergoes virtually a prolonged annealing treatment during preheat at higher temperature, which results in SSP reaction to increase molecular weight and structure perfection of initial crystals. Consequently, the preheat treatment in industrial SSP process is able to increase the onset melting temperature, as well as sticking point of PET pellets.
