湘钢一烧强化烧结生产的实践

THE PRACTICE OF INTENSIFYING SINTERING PRODUCTION IN No.1 SINTERING PLANT AT XIANGGANG

针对湘钢一烧工艺、设备落后,生产出现下滑趋势的状况,该厂采取了配用混匀料、蛇纹石、添加剂,改进生石灰消化方式,以及使用烧结机头尾柔磁性密封装置和加强管理等一系列措施,取得了较好的效果。到2005年,利用系数恢复到2.13t/m2·h以上,作业率除去槽满都在97.8%以上,烧结矿产、质量指标均达到了较好水平。

In view of technology, installation fall behind and glide slope tendency of yield and quality in No.1 sintering plant at Xianggang, a series of measures such as using mixture, serpentine, additive and improving the process of lime digestion, and using magnetic-seal equipment of sintering machine and strengthening administration and so on were adopted and the good results were obtained. Up 2005, the utilization coefficient of sintering machine had return to over 2.13t/m2·h, and work efficiency had upwards of 97.8% deducting external causes. The production yield and quality all attained to the better level.
