摘要
适时、动态的评估企业价值是市场发展的需要。本文从战略管理的角度,应用价值链分析工具,加强对价值链上联系点管理。应用综合财务指标与非财务指标,构造新的价值评估框架,以现金流量的大小度量价值活动。培育企业的核心竞争力,使企业保持持续的竞争优势,创造最大化的企业价值。同时,提出以模糊数学理论动态的对企业价值进行评价。
It is the demanding of the market development to evaluate the enterprise value timely ,by integrating financial indexes and non-financial ones ,constructing a new value evaluation frame .This paper is on the basis of strategy management ,use the value-chain analyzing tool ,strengthen the management of value-chain node; take the cash flux as the measurement of the value action ,cultivate enterprise core competence ,then to keep sustainable competitive advantages and create the maximum enterprise value ;at the same time ,bring forward the obscure theory to evaluate the enterprise value timely.
