摘要
目前国内企业信息化的资源管理系统,以ERP软件的应用为主。但就我国目前实施ERP的现状来看,人才尤其是复合型、应用型人才缺乏,对信息化方案实施的影响不可忽视。本文论述高校和ERP厂商合作,共建高校ERP实验中心,培养ERP人才,是最终建立ERP人才培养体系的有效途径。
The resources management system of the present domestic enterprise informationization relies mainly on application of ERP software. But as far as the current situation of ERP application in our country, the influence can't be ignored that the lack of talents, especially compounding type and applied type has affected the application of information-based scheme. The university cooperates with ERP manufacturers, build together the university ERP experimental center, train ERP talents, it is the effective way of establishing the system of personnel training of ERP finally.
