轴向振动钻削中T_c/T的研究

Study on T_c/T while Axial Vibration Drilling

通过振动切削理论与实践的研究可知,Tc/T与加工效果紧密联系。本文给出在轴向振动钻削过程中Tc/T的计算式,论证了此时为了达到振动切削的加工效果,Tc/T不易象在切削速度方向振动切削那样达到1/3甚至更小的值,并且,Tc/T与振动切削效果失去了直接的关系,故在这种振动切削加工研究中,不必再考虑其影响。

The relation ship between T c/T and machining result is considered very close through the research of the theory and practice of vibration cutting. For better result of vibration cutting, it is discussed that T c/T can't rech 1/3 or even smaller value as the vibration direction in the cutting speed direction. And T c/T loses direct relationship with the result of vibration cutting.So it is not to be need to consider in the study of this kind of vibration cutting.
