用绿色GDP考核干部政绩 促进科学发展观的落实

Checking on Cadres' Achievements with Green GDP,Promoting the Implementation of View of Scientific Development

“拼资源换增长”的经济发展模式,已不适应党中央提出的“以人为本”的科学发展观。在全面建设小康社会的今天,考核干部政绩的体系应将经济增长、与社会发展、环境保护放在一起综合考评,以促进科学发展观的落实。

The mode of economic development “growth at the cost of resources” is no longer suited to view of scientific development proposed by the central Committee of CPC as “to take people as anima”.In building a well-off society across the country,we should consider the economic growth together with social development and environmental protection when checking on cadres' achievements in order to implement the view of scientific development.
