摘要
从教育心理学的维度揭示良好品德形成的基本过程及其规律性,对优化道德教育意义重大。“心理体认”是个体自觉规范道德行为和思想品德形成的心理基础。心理体认在道德教育过程中的策略是:以道德认知为根基,以规范认同为中介,以情感体验为动力,以实践体悟为关键,以人格教育为灵魂,着力建构一个知、情、行合一的德育内在调节机制和动力整合系统,把培养学生的优良品德,自觉养成健康的行为习惯作为道德教育的价值追求和终极目标。
It is significant to reveral the fundamental course of good moral characters and its systematic nature from the angle of educational psychology for the optimization of moral education.Psychological experience cognizance is the psychological basis for the formation of individually conscious standard of moral behaviour and moral character.The paper discusses several strategies that can be applied in the course of moral education.
