摘要 目的观察氯化钴对缺氧预适应小鼠缺氧耐受的影响。方法用氯化钴(CoCl2)处理小鼠,观察小鼠在重复缺氧中缺氧耐受时间的变化及其离体海马脑片缺氧时群峰电位(PS)消失时间的变化。结果CoCl2预处理小鼠的缺氧耐受时间不随缺氧次数的增加而增加,缺氧耐受性显著增高,CoCl2预处理小鼠离体海马脑片缺氧时群峰电位消失的时间比对照组明显延长,但明显低于预适应组。结论小鼠CoCl2预处理激活缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1),可对脑产生保护作用,但其机制可能不同于由急性重复缺氧获得的缺氧耐受机制。 Objective To observe the effects of CoCl_2 treatment on tolerance of mice to hypoxia. Methods Balb/c mice were injected with CoCl_2 3 h before exposure to hypoxia. The animals' tolerance time of each hypoxia exposure and the disappearance time of wave PS of hippocampal slice were recorded. Results The hypoxic tolerance time of CoCl_2 pretreated mice was increased but unchanged during the repetitive exposure to hypoxia, whereas the tolerance time of control group was increased as the exposure to hypoxia increased. The disappearance time of wave PS of hippocampal slice in CoCl_2 administrated group was longer than that of control but shorter than hypoxic preconditioning group. Conclusion Different molecular mechanisms are thought to be involved in the induction of tolerance to hypoxia between hypoxic preconditioned and CoCl_2 treated mice.
