三层复合保温管是以聚氯乙烯软料与硬料挤出复合缠绕管为内管,缠绕发泡塑料条为夹层,再以软聚氯乙烯为外保护层的功能性管材。主要用于制冷设备如冷冻机、冰箱、空调器。该产品的成型设备替代了用手工缠绕的成型方法。

Three-layer composite insulating pipe is a kind of functional pipe, which is composed of the inner pipe, interlayer and outer protective layer. The inner pipe is completed by SPVC/RPVC composite winding extrusion; the interlayer is made of winding-and-foaming plastic strip; and the outer protective layer is made of soft PVC. The insulating pipe could be applied to refrigerating machine,refrigerator, air conditioning equipment etc.. It substituted the extrusion equipment of the insulating pipe for hand-winding processing.
