摘要
在我国电解锰工业发展现状的基础上,分析了我国电解金属锰工业可持续发展所面临的问题,并从规划、技术经济政策、循环经济理念、管理、教育等方面研究提出了实现电解金属锰工业可持续发展的对策。
After outlining the current situation of EMM industry, the author studies the problems during the sustainable development of EMM industry, and he puts forward 5 proposals about how to carry on the sustainable development of EMM industry respectively in the aspects of plan, technology and economy policy, recycling economy, management, education.
