摘要
测定了加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)在营养生长期间叶片中游离脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖的含量以及过氧化物酶活性和质膜透性等生理指标的变化,并与同科外来杂草一年蓬(Erigeron annuus)作了比较.结果表明:在低温多雨的早春时期,各指标都显示加拿大一枝黄花处于较为不利的环境;游离脯氨酸、丙二醛的含量和过氧化物酶的活性等指标的季节动态说明,加拿大一枝黄花受到低温的胁迫比一年蓬大;质膜透性的季节动态表明,加拿大一枝黄花和一年蓬适合高温干燥的气候条件.
The concentrations of free proline, malonaldeh y de(MDA), soluble sugar and activity of POD as well as membrance permeability of Solidago canadensis and Erigeron annuus were tested in vegetative growth phase. The physiological indexes indicated that Solidago canadensis didn′t adapt to growing in the early spring of cold and rainy. The seasonal dynamics o f the indexes of free proline, MDA and activity of POD showed that the resistanc e to low temperature ranked as Erigeron annuus, Solidago canadensis. The seasonal dynamics of the indexes of membrance permeability indicated that two w eeds adapted to growing in the condition of high temperature and desiccation.
