The Natural Science Foundation System is the o ut come of national development. The Natural Science Foundation of any region plays a crucial role in its basic researches. Based on the case of the Natural Scienc e Foundation in Zhejiang Province. It was put forward the goal orientation on Zh ejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, by means of the combination of the modern management theory with the current situations of scientific and technolo gical, economic and social development in Zhejiang Province.
