Experimental Report on Slaughtering Performance of Simmental Crossbreds

对3头15-18月龄的西杂牛和2头24月龄的本地黄牛进行屠宰试验。西杂牛平均屠宰率56.7%,净肉率47.8%;当地黄牛屠宰率与净肉率分别为50.1%和39.1%,西杂组比黄牛组分别高6.6%和8.7%。

Three 15-18 month-old Simmental crossbreeding cattle and two 24 month-old local yellow cattle were slaughtered. The results showed that average dressing percentage and net meat percentage of Simmental crossbreds and local yellow cattle were 56. 7%, 47. 8% and 50. 1%, 39. 1% respectively, the dressing percentage and net meat percentage of Simmental crossbreds were 6. 6% and 8. 7% higher than that of local yellow cattle.
