高效液相色谱法测定蒙药益智温肾十味丸中的胡椒碱

DETERMINATION OF PIPERINE IN MONGOLIAN MEDICINE YIZHIWENSHENSHIWEI PILLS BY HPLC

用高效液相色谱法测定蒙药益智温肾十味丸中胡椒碱的含量。色谱流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为74∶26),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为343nm。胡椒碱的质量在0.24～1.2μg内与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。胡椒碱的平均加标回收率为98.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.93%。该法可作为益智温肾十味丸的含量测定方法。

Determination of the content of piperine in Mongolian medicine Yizhiwenshenshiwei Pills was carried out. The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water (74∶26) with the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, the wavelength of the detector was set at 343 nm. The linear range was 0.24~1.2 μg, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The average recovery and relative deviation were 98.7% and 0.93% respectively. The method could be used to control the content of Yizhiwenshenshiwei Pills.
