凝胶渗透色谱法测定聚氨酯树脂的平均相对分子质量

MEAN RELATIVE MOLECULAR WEIGHT DETERMINATION OF POLYURETHANE RESIN BY GPC

采用凝胶渗透色谱法,ShodexKD-802.5、KD-803、KD-804、KD-805凝胶柱4柱串联,二甲基甲酰胺作流动相,用示差折光检测器测定聚氨酯树脂的平均相对分子质量。将聚苯乙烯标准样品的重均相对分子质量的对数lgM—W对保留时间t作图,建立标准工作曲线,标准工作曲线的线性范围为3.21×103～3.05×106。

DMF as the moving phase and differential refractometer as the detector, the mean relative molecular weight was determined by GPC with series column of Shodex KD-802.5, KD-803, KD-804 and KD-805. The standard curve was made with the relatively molecular weight logarithm of polystyrene standard sample and retention time. The standard curve of polystyrene standard sample was linear in the range of 3.21×10 3~3.05×10 6.
