相思子中相思豆碱的药理研究

本文报道相思子中相思豆碱对豚鼠实验性哮喘反应有抑制作用,对豚鼠过敏性休克有保护作用,能抑制磷酸组胺致大鼠皮肤血管通透性增加,但不能舒张支气管平滑肌。

This article reports that abrine in Abrus precatorius have inhibitory effects on experimental asthma in Guinea pig. It also can protect the Guinea pig from allergic shock and .inhibit the augment of dermovascular permeability caused by histamine phosphate. But it don't dilate the bronchial smooth muscles.
