摘要
管道工程建设必然会对原状地形地貌产生破坏,对土壤结构产生扰动,导致坡体失稳,使土壤抗蚀性降低,从而加速了当地水土流失,特别对丘陵沟壑发育、生态环境脆弱的陕北黄土高原区,人为水土流失问题是不容忽视的,如何协调开发建设与生态环境矛盾,一直是人们关心和努力解决的问题。文中对中美合作延安燃气电厂输气管道工程建设可能造成的水土流失进行了"量"的预测,并在此基础上提出相应的防治措施。意在探讨开发建设与生态建设协调发展的实现途径。
Pipeline work inevitably destroy the original landform, lead to instable slope, produce disturbance in soil structure, and reduce anti-erodiblity, accelerate soil erosion, especially in its effect on hilly and gully development. In the Loess Plateau of north Shaanxi Province, the ecological environment is fragile, erosion by human activities can't be ignored. How to coordinate the contradiction between development and ecological environment is the people's concern. Aiming at the soil erosion would be produced by cooperative Sino-US joint Yan'an gas transmission pipeline of gas power plant, the quantity is predicted, based on this the preventive measures are put forward in order to probe into the way of coordinated development of construction and eco-environment.
