摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者心理防御机制的特点及与正常人的差别。方法采用防御方式问卷,对41例支气管哮喘患者进行测试并与41例正常组做对照研究。结果支气管哮喘患者不成熟防御方式及其潜意显现、退缩、躯体化,中间型防御方式及其伴无能之全能、理想化、消耗倾向得分明显高于正常组,有极其显著的差异(P<0.001);而成熟防御方式及其压抑,中间型防御方式的期望得分明显低于正常组,有极显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论支气管哮喘患者使用与正常组不同的防御方式及其机制。
Objective To investigate whether patients with asthma have different defense mechanisms to normal controls.Methods 41 patients wit h asthma,and 41 normal controls were assessed with defense style questionnaire (DS Q). Results Th e score of the immature defense style and its complaining 、regression、 somatiz ation ;the middle defense style and its omnipotence with devaluation、 idealiza tion 、consuming is very significantly higher among asthma patients than in nor mal controls,but the score of the mature defense style and its suppression , the middle defense style and its anticipation is very significantly lower. Co nclusion Patients with asthma have different defense styles to normal cont rols.
