72例月经不调女大学生SCL-90测试结果分析

Analysis of 72 Female Students Suffering from Irregular Menstruation.

目的评定月经不调女大学生SCL-90各因子得分情况,探讨心理因素对疾病的影响,为开展大学生心理健康教育、心理咨询及心理治疗提供科学依据。方法对72例患病学生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查,并与常模比较。结果月经不调患者与常模比较,在焦虑方面存在显著差异(P<0.01),在精神病性方面存在差异(P<0.05)。结论月经不调女大学生心理症状评分较高,应在治疗患病女大学生躯体疾病的同时对其心理存在的问题进行疏导。

Objective To Female students suffering from irregular men struation, inquiring into effect of psychological factors to diseases,in order t o provide scientific foundation for psychological healthy education, counsel and treatment of female students. Methods To invesigate 72 female students suffering diseases by a SCL-90 and compare with Chinese norm. Results There is a significant difference between irregular menstruation sufferer and Chinese norm in anxious(P<0.01)and in mental disorder(P<0.05). Conclusion Female students suffering from irregular menstruation have higher score of psychological symptoms. Theraping diseases of female students at the same time we should open up a path for psychological diseases.
