反复住院的精神分裂症病人维持治疗依从性差的原因浅析

A Study of the Reasons for not Keeping Treatment of the Schizophrenia Inpatients of Relapses.

目的探讨反复住院的精神分裂症病人维持治疗依从性差的原因。方法对195例反复住院的精神分裂症病人及家属调查病人不能坚持服药的原因,并对调查结果进行χ2检验分析。结果反复住院的精神分裂症病人不能维持治疗的主要原因是认为自己无病、认为自己病愈、过度镇静及锥外系反应、缺药、认为影响体型、认为影响生育能力、认为影响工作、认为影响躯体健康(除生育能力)和认为影响智力,其中认为自己无病、认为影响生育能力、缺药和认为影响体型的原因在男女病人之间有显著性差异。家属对男病人不能坚持服药原因的了解占80.6%,对女病人的了解占50.9%,有显著性差异。结论反复住院的精神分裂症病人维持治疗依从性差是受多种因素影响,家属对病人服药情况是不够关心的,尤其是对女病人。

Obective To investigate the reasons for not keeping tr eatment of the schizophrenia inpatients of relapses.Methods 195 s chizophrenia inpatients of relapses and their family members were estimated the reasons for not persevering intaking medicine.Results The reason s for not keeping treatment of the schizophrenia inpatients of relapses were as follow:the thought of unsickness,the thought of being-well,undesired sedatio n or EPS, lacking medicine,the thought of influencing the type of figure, the thought of influencing bearing children,the thought of influencing work,the thought of influencing healthy(except bearing children),the thou ght of influencing intelligence.The difference between the women and men on the thought of unsickness, lacking medicine,the thought of influencing the typ e of figure and the thought of influencing bearing children was obvious .There were 80.6% family members who knew the reasons for not keepin g treatment of the man schizophrenia inpatients,but there were 50.9%family members knowing of the woman schizophrenia inpatients,and the di fference was obvious. Conclusion The reasons for not keeping treatmant of the schizophrenia inpatients of relapses were many and varied . The family members did not care for the patients on taking medicine , especially the woman patients.
