大连市1200名儿童行为问题的调查研究

Study on Behavior Problem of Children in Dalian.

目的了解大连市儿童行为问题的发生情况及特点,探索儿童行为问题形成的各种影响因素。方法采用Achen-bach儿童行为量表(CBCL)中国标准化版本(家长用)、心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90)、自制儿童心理卫生调查问卷对1200名儿童进行评定分析。结果儿童行为问题的检出率为14.0%,男女儿童的行为问题的检出率无显著性差异,但其内容各不相同;儿童行为问题受父母的心理状况、母孕期状况、出生时状况,家庭经济文化状况、家庭教养方式等因素影响。结论降低儿童问题的发生率必须采取综合干预的措施。

Objective To explore the characteristic and influenci ng factor of th e behavior problem of children. Methods 1200 children were tes ted by CBCL(chil dren behavior checklist), SCL-90. Results The rate of the abnor mal was 14%, and there was no difference between the male and the female. The parents psychologi c status, maternal disease in pregnant, suffering from disease at or after child birth, education of parents, family economy and parents rearing were all risk fa ctors for behavior problem. Conclusion To decrease the prevalenc e of behavior problem in children, we need to use integrational therapy.
