撇开“资本雇佣劳动”和“劳动雇佣资本”的模式,文章从企业剩余的创造、要素贡献率、风险、谈判力等角度探讨了剩余索取权的归属安排。
By passing the modes'lapital-hire-labour' and 'abour-hire-capital',this thesis discusses the arrangement of residual claim from the aspects of enterprise surplus,key element contribution rate,risk,negotiation strength,etc.
