摘要
农村税费改革在很大程度上减轻了农民负担,但同时也带来了农村义务教育经费投入的严重短缺。文章通过对我国农村义务教育经费投入的现状与原因的分析,提出应改革现有义务教育的投入体制,增加中央和省级财政对农村义务教育的投入。
The rural taxation expenses reform has lightened peasants' burden to a great extent, but results in the serious shortage of the fund input in rural compulsory education at the same time. This paper proposes that the existing input system in rural compulsory education should be reformed, that central and provincial financial input to rural compulsory education should be increased.
