摘要 利用超声波在均匀介质中传播的速度为常数的原理,进行超声波法检测钢管混凝土密实性的研究。结果表明,超声波对钢管壁与混凝土脱开缝隙一类的缺陷相当敏感;检测时应尽量使用频率匹配的中低频传感器,测试频率一般选择在40~100kHz范围之内。超声波对钢管混凝土检测的结论表明,混凝土与管壁的脱离存在一定的规律性,拱脚部位混凝土比较密实,拱顶部位脱开现象比较普遍。 Taking the advantage of the principle that the propagation velocity of ultrasonic wave stays constant in homogeneous medium, research was carried out to detect the density of steel tube concrete by ultrasonic wave method. Result indicates that ultrasonic wave is quite sensitive to such defects as the fissure between steel tube wall and concrete. During detection, intermediate and low frequency sensor should be adopted and the frequency should be as suited as possible. Detection frequency ranges from 40 kHz to 100 kHz in general. Some conclusions are drawn from the detection of steel tube concrete by ultrasonic wave. There is certain regularity in the fissure between concrete and tube wall. Concrete at arch springing is denser. Fissures are found common at arch crown.
