摘要 选择合适的乙烯基树脂及其固化体系并加入增强材料、阻燃剂、填料等在现浇注的混凝土基材表面包覆形成结构复合板。测试结果显示这种结构复合板具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、阻燃性能和力学性能,可广泛应用于实验室和一些防火要求高的场所。 Corrosion resistant and fire retardant stratified concrete composite slabs were made in in-situ workshop which included organic covering layer and silicate concrete substrate layer.Organic covering layer was composed of phenol-and epoxy-modified vinyl based thermoset resins,curing agents methyl ethyl ketonyl peroxide and cobalt cycloalkane carboxylate,polyester fiber reinforced material,flame retardants and inorganic fillers.The corrosion test,impact test and reaction-to-fire test results show that the stratified concrete composite slabs have excellent anti-corrosion, impact resistance and fire retardancy.
