家蚕蛹虫草的延缓衰老作用研究

Study on the Postponing Senility Function of Silkworm C.militaris

经口给予老龄小鼠不同剂量的家蚕蛹虫草50天,与空白对照组相比,小鼠心肌脂褐素含量明显下降,肝脏SOD比活力显著提高,但谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力单位数无显著变化。不同剂量的家蚕蛹虫草喂饲果蝇表明:雄、雌性果蝇平均寿命、最高寿命、半数死亡时间都有明显延长。推测家蚕蛹虫草有较好的延缓衰老作用。

The senile mice received silkworm C.militaris orally daily for 50 days.Results showed that silkworm C.militaris obviously decreased lipofuscin content in senile mouse myocardium and significantly increased the SOD activity in senile mouse liver compared to the blank controls.But notable variation of glutathione peroxidase activity in senile mouse blood couldn't be observed.When Drosophila melanogaster were raised with feed which containing different dose of silkworm C.militaris,It was found that average life span,maximum life span and 50% death time of both female and male D.melanogaster was extended obviously when silkworm C.militaris was administrated.It is suggested that silkworm C.militaris have postponing senility function.
