Study of the Electroluminescence Materials for Organic LEDs

摘要 有机LED平板显示器具有效率高、亮度强、能耗低、色彩丰富以及响应速度快等优点,是近年来发光显示领域的研究热点。作为有机LED平板显示器的物质基础,电致发光(EL)材料是直接影响其器件性能的关键因素。本文在阐述器件结构和发光机理的基础上,重点介绍有机LED器件的电致发光材料,并对其应用前景进行展望。 Organic LED devices have become a fascinating field in recent years for its excellent features such as high luminescent efficiency, low energy consumption, and quick response. As the foundation of organic LEDs, electroluminescent(EL) materials are one of the key factors influencing the device performance. In this paper, the structure and mechanism of organic LEDs were introduced briefly. Then, various kinds of organic EL materials were reviewed systematically and the application prospects of organic LEDs were forecasted.
