背向散射积分观察有机磷中毒兔肝脏 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨背向散射积分技术观察急性有机磷中毒兔肝脏改变的价值.方法建立兔急性有机磷中毒动物模型,分别于染毒前(T0)、染毒后(T2~T7)8个时间点行二维超声及IBS检查.二维超声观察肝脏的回声,测量肝右叶前后径,IBS定量分析肝脏改变.结果肝实质回声、肝右叶前后径于给药后各时间点未见明显变化.中场、远场IBS%从T4开始(T4~T7)与T0相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而近场IBS%从T5开始(T5~T7)与T0相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).T4~T6中、远场IBS%与近场相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),T7时近、中、远场IBS%两两相比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论急性有机磷中毒兔肝脏IBS%的改变可以为临床提供更多有意义的信息. Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic integrated backscatter (IBS) of liver in acute organophosphorus poisoning rabbits. Methods Animal models of acute organophosphorus poisoning were induced. Ultrasonic examinations were performed at the times before (T_0) and after (T_1-T_7) the rabbits were poisoned. The echo and the thickness of right lobe of liver were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound. The changes of parenchyma were quantitatively analyzed by IBS. Results No significant changes were found in the echo and the thickness of right lobe. Significant difference of IBS% in both medial and far fields were found from T_4 to T_7 compared with that at T_0 while the same change appeared from T_5 to T_7 in near field. From T_4 to T_6, IBS% of medial and far fields was significantly different from that of near field respectively. Significant difference can be found between any two of the three fields at T_7. Conclusion More useful information can be offered by hepatic integrated backscatter in acute organophosphorus poisoning rabbits.
