肺癌影像表现、病理和血清肿瘤标记物的对照观察

Comparison of CT, pathology and serum tumor markers in diagnosis of lung cacner

目的 探讨常见肿瘤标志物CEA、NSE、CYFRA21 1 与肺癌的CT及病理类型之间的相关性。方法 回顾性分析经病理确诊的100例肺癌患者的CT表现和血清肿瘤标志物。结果 胸部CT和血清肿瘤标志物诊断肺癌的正确率分别为78%(78/100)、60%(60/100),联合胸部CT和血清肿瘤标志物诊断肺癌90 例,正确率为90%。结论 ①胸部CT诊断肺癌较血清肿瘤标志物更为准确;②两种检查手段联合应用可明显提高肺癌的诊断率。

Objective To evaluate the correlation among thoracic CT, pathology and the serum tumor markers for the lung cancers. Methods Total of 100 patients underwent CT and the serum tumor marker tests, who had been diagnosed as pulmonary cancer by pathology Results The correct rates of thoracic CT and the serum tumor marker for pulmonary cancer were 78% (78/100) and 60% (60/100), respectively. The correct rates of combining them together was 90%. Conclusion Thoracic CT is more accurate than serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung lesions. To use them together could improve diagnostic accuracy.
