对悉尼奥运场馆的利用状况,雅典奥运会前、中期的奥运经营状况以及北京奥运会的前期瘦身投入进行了比较分析。结果表明,北京及时调整建设方案是务实的,具有深刻理论意义。指出节俭办奥运是贯彻中华民族的优良传统的根本举措,它符合广大人民的根本利益,有利于北京和奥运会自身的可持续发展。最后,对北京如何应对"后奥运效应"提出了自己的建议和对策。

This paper makes comparative study on conditions of the use of Sydney Olympic plasterer;the prophase and metaphase management of Athens Olympic games;and the curtailment of prophase investment of Beijing Olympic games.The result shows that it is concrete and significant for Beijing to adjust the building program in time.Holding Olympic games thriftily is the essential policy that carries out Chinese admirable tradition.It coincides with people's ultimate benefits and is good for the continual development of Beijing and Olympic games itself.At last,proposes on Beijing how to deal with the 'Aftereffect of Olympic game' are put forward.
