随着中国女足比赛成绩的不断下滑,我国女足生存和发展的环境和条件愈加困难。依靠"举国体制"解决生存问题,积极探索职业化道路;不断提高训练水平和国内联赛的质量,出人才出成绩;平衡国家队与地方队之间的利益,保护地方的积极性,都是我国女足目前面临的严峻挑战。

The China Women's Soccer Team has been experiencing a downward tendency in its performances in various competitions,and this in turn has plunged it into adverse circumstances of survival and development.In order to survive,the China's Women's Soccer will have to be dependent upon the centralized sports system and exploring ways of professionalism.The training quality and that of the league matches need to be raised to such a high level that talent and better performance will naturally follow.A balance must be struck between the national team and local teams in terms of benefits,so the latter's enthusiasm is not dampened.
