摘要
民主价值观念的发展是当今中国的潮流趋势,它与十六大提出的“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明”相吻合,新闻传播对之起着积极的促进作用。民主政治的具体表现,是公众真正行使民主权利。要实现这一点,充分满足公众的知情权是必要条件,新闻传播在这方面大有可为而又任重道远。
The development of democratic values is the latest trend of China, which tallies with'developing socialist democracy and building socialist civilization 'raised in the 16`' people's congress,and in which News communication plays an important role. The specific expression of democracy is thatthe public can really exercise the democratic rights.In order to realize this, it is necessary to fully satisfythe public's right to know, and in this respect news communication has bright prospects and alsoshoulders heavy responsibilities.
