乌拉地尔联合多巴酚丁胺治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

The clinical efficacy of urapidil combined with dobutamine for treatment of congestive heart failure

目的 观察乌拉地尔联合多巴酚丁胺治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 86例重度充血性心力衰竭住院患者随机分为乌拉地尔联合多巴酚丁胺治疗组(43例)和单用多巴酚丁胺治疗对照组(43例),进行心功能分级、心脏超声和6min步行试验评定临床疗效。结果 治疗5d后,治疗组较对照组在显效率、总有效率、超声心动图的各项心功能指标、完成6min步行人数和距离等方面均有显著性差异(P<0 05)。结论 乌拉地尔联合多巴酚丁胺治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效较好,具有协同作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of urapidil combined with dobutamine on the treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods tighty-six patients with CHF were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=43) and the control group (n=43).The clinical therapeutic efficacy,LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF,CO,CI,6 minutes walk trail were analyzed.Results The clinical prognosis and LVESV,LVEF,CO,CI,6 mintues walk trail of the patients were all significantly between with two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with dobutamine has obvious effects on treating patients with CHF.
