干旱胁迫下CoCl_2对紫花苜蓿种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在种子萌发实验中,分别用不同浓度的CoCl2溶液浸种,结果表明:CoCl2浓度为0.00025~0.1mmol/L,可使紫花苜蓿的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数得以提高,当浓度为0.005mmol/L时效果最佳,而当浓度为1mmol/L时,对紫花苜蓿种子有抑制作用。在干旱胁迫下CoCl2处理的紫花苜蓿幼苗,仍以0.00025~0.1mmol/L浓度处理的幼苗在株高、根系长度、叶面积、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重都有所增加,浓度为0.005mmol/L时各指标均表现为最优,可以说明较低浓度的CoCl2具有保护幼苗的作用,较高浓度时则表现为一定的伤害作用。 In the experiment of seed germination, soaking seed with the CoCl_2 solution of different concentration separately. The results showed: CoCl_2 with a concentration of 0.000 25-0.1 mmol/L could increase the germination rate, germination index, vitality index of alfalfa. Best result could be achieved at the concentration of 0.005 mmol/L, the alfalfa seed was restrained when the concentration was 1 mmol/L. When suffered drought stress, the seedlings dealt with CoCl_2 of 0.000 25-0.1 mmol/L had a better growth in plant height, root length, leaf area, and an increase in fresh weight on and under ground. Basically, every index performed best at the concentration of 0.005 mmol/L. It was proved that low concentration of CoCl_2 could protect the seedling while the high concentration could cause injury.
