12种黑稻主要栽培种酯酶同工酶谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 对我国12种黑稻主要栽培种进行了酯酶同工酶谱分析。结果表明:它们的酯酶同工酶条带数在5~15之间,其中黑优粘和云黑酶谱条带数多达15条,黑粳R最少,为5条,a1和a3为12个品种的共有谱带。通过酯酶同工酶谱相似度指数分析,黑优粘与黑丰糯、乌贡1号相似度指数大于0.75,说明这3个品种间亲缘关系较近,秦稻2号与汉中黑糯、河大114、黑糯567、黑帅相似度指数大于0.86,表明这5个品种间亲缘关系很近。同时发现黑稻酯酶同工酶存在着器官的差异性。 A analysis was made for the esterase isozyme zymogram of the main cultispecies of 12 black rices in our country. The results showed their isozyme bands were about 5-15. Heiyounian and Yunhei had 15 bands. HeigenR had only 5 bands. Their common bands are a, and a_3. Similarity indexs of Heiyounian. and Heifengnuo Wugong No.1 were above 0.75. This showed 3 varieties had a nearer relationship. Those of Qindao No.2 and Heinuo. Heda 114. Heinuo 457 Heishuai were above 0.86. as was above. On the contrary. Qindao No.2 and heibao had a farther velationship be cause their similarity index was only 0.18. At the same time we found there were difference of esterase isozyme in the organs of a few black rices.
