代谢物组学应用的领域之一——药物代谢物组学 被引量:4

摘要 本文就当前代谢物组学应用的领域———药物代谢物组学进行了综述。从药物自身的代谢和药物诱导的内源性物质代谢两方面介绍了药物代谢物组学研究的内容,指出药物代谢物组学以系统的研究方法对药物代谢过程进行研究,进而讲清药物作用于生命体的过程。此外,还就药物代谢物组学的研究手段及药物代谢物组学在药物开发中的应用价值等内容进行了介绍。
