摘要 目的:测定消银片(地黄,苦参,金银花等)中三叶豆紫檀苷的含量.方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为HiQ sil C18(25 cm×4.6 mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇-水(6:5.5,V/V),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为310 nm.结果:三叶豆紫檀苷进样量在0.41~4.10 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为2.40%.结论:本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为消银片中三叶豆紫檀苷的含量测定方法. AIM: To determinate the trifolirhizin content in Xiaoyin Tablets (Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Sophorae Flavescentic, Flos Lonicerae, etc.) METHODS: HiQ sil C 18 column was used, and the mobile phase composed of MeOH H 2O (6∶5.5). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and the determination wavelength was at 310 nm. RESULTS: The linear range was in the range of 0.41-4.10 μg, and the average recovery was 99.95% and RSD was 2.40%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is convenient and suitable for determination of trifolirhizin in Xiaoyin Tablets.
