摘要
目的:制定参果颗粒(虎杖,麻黄,罗汉果,西洋参,黄芪)的质量控制方法.方法:对虎杖,麻黄,罗汉果,西洋参,黄芪进行了薄层鉴别.用薄层扫描法测定了参果颗粒中大黄素的含量.结果:通过方法学考察,大黄素点样量在0.1~1.0μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系.大黄素的平均回收率为96.70%,RSD为1.75%(n=6).结论:方法简便,准确,重现性高,可用于控制参果颗粒的质量.
AIM: To establish the quality standard for Shenguo Granules (Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Herba Ephedrae, Fructus Momordicae, Radix Panacis quinquefolii, Radix Astragali.) METHODS: Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Herba Ephedrae, Fructus Momordicae, Radix Panacis quinquefolii and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC. Emodin in Senguo Granules was determined by TLC Scanning. RESULTS: The methodological study showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0.1 1.0 μg of the emodin. The average recovery of emodin was 96.70%, and RSD was 1.75% ( n =6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability and high precision. The method can be used for quality control for Shenguo Granules.
